TREAT THE SOURCE OF THE PAIN Spinal decompression therapy is a chiropractic technique that works with the use of a specialized moving table. The movement of the table creates a “vacuum” inside the spine that gently restores the disc and joints to their proper alignment, and relieves pressure on pain-sensitive nerves. Spinal decompression therapy is very different from traction. It does not use cables, pulleys, weights, or excessive force. It is performed by the doctor contacting the problem area of the spine and using the motion of the table to align and decompress the spine. PROVEN RESULTS This therapy is very gently and very effective.
